Do you support cash on delivery?+
Yes. Hush Oasis supports cash on delivery in UAE. Submit your order on the website, then send the saved order details on WhatsApp for confirmation before dispatch.
Can I order more than one product together?+
Yes. You can add different products to your order basket, review them together and submit one Cash on Delivery order. You can also order just one product.
Do I save when ordering more than one different product?+
2 different products receive 10% saving; 3 or more different products receive 15%, with a 15% maximum. Savings count different product SKUs, not multiple units of the same product.
Is delivery free?+
Yes. Delivery is free for supported UAE delivery areas. Our support team confirms delivery availability for your exact address.
Do you accept online card payment?+
No. Payment is currently made by Cash on Delivery. The website does not ask for payment card details.
How discreet is the delivery?+
Orders are sealed in unbranded privacy packaging without product names or categories on the parcel or delivery label. The delivery driver only sees the details needed to complete delivery and does not know what is inside. Support confirms your delivery details privately before dispatch.
Which cities are available?+
The form accepts any city or wilayat. Common locations appear as suggestions, and our support team confirms delivery availability for your exact address.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are delivered to your home within 3–5 days after private WhatsApp confirmation.
Is there a warranty if my product has a problem?+
Yes. Every product has three months of after-sales support from delivery. Contact WhatsApp support with your order number and product issue. Once the issue is verified, we directly ship a new sealed replacement at no additional product or delivery charge.
